Packaging Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Packaging Executive to support the Dispatch & Logistics team in ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely packaging of products for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day product packaging and packing activities as per company standards.
• Ensure products are properly packed, labelled, sealed, and ready for dispatch.
• Check product quantity, packaging quality, and labels before dispatch.
• Coordinate with the Dispatch & Logistics team for timely order preparation.
• Maintain proper packaging materials and ensure availability of required supplies.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and quality standards during packaging.
• Assist in loading, sorting, and organizing packed goods whenever required.
• Maintain basic records of packaging and dispatched quantities.
• Report any damaged products, packaging issues, or discrepancies to the concerned team.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in packaging, warehouse, dispatch, or logistics operations.
• Basic understanding of packaging and warehouse processes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physically fit and comfortable handling products and packaging materials.
• Basic communication and coordination skills.

Education: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
