Acquisition Manager-Business Banking-Sales-Sales
As an Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies to target and acquire new business banking clients. Your responsibilities will include leading a high-performing sales team, identifying potential clients, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless client onboarding process and provide excellent customer service.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target and acquire new business banking clients.
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the business community.
- Conduct needs analysis and present tailored banking solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting sales achievements and challenges.
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successful sales management and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
