Agency Development Manager

We are looking for motivated and career-oriented candidates for the Agency Manager / Sales role in the Life Insurance business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and develop Insurance Advisors / Life Mitras.

• Build and manage a productive advisor team.

• Generate new business through the agency channel.

• Identify prospective customers and support the team in lead generation.

• Explain suitable life insurance solutions to customers.

• Conduct regular meetings, training and follow-ups with advisors.

• Achieve assigned business and team development targets.

• Maintain strong customer and advisor relationships.

• Support advisor activation, productivity and retention.

• Ensure professional and ethical sales practices.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sales, marketing, insurance or financial-services experience will be an advantage.

• Candidate should be comfortable with field work and customer interaction.

• Local candidates from Surat and nearby areas are preferred.
