Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Contact potential customers and generate new sales leads.
• Explain product specifications, sizes, pricing, and features to customers.
• Follow up with interested customers to convert inquiries into orders.
• Maintain customer records, sales reports, and follow-up details.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Coordinate with the team regarding orders, payments, and dispatches.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of Hindi and Gujarati; English is an added advantage.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Previous experience in sales or telecalling is preferred, but freshers can also apply.
• A positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
