Proven experience in channel sales (3 to 6 years)

● Proficiency in Excel, CRM, and ERP systems

● Valid driving license and own a two-wheeler

● Willingness to travel within the territory

● Proficiency in local language, Hindi, and English

● Strong negotiation & communication skills

● Good interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities: Achieve Sales Targets, Market and Dealer Coverage, Product Display Management, Dealer Relationship Management, Dealer Staff Training, Market Intelligence, Payment and Collection, Brand Visibility Enhancement, Cross-functional Coordination, Dealer Network Expansion, Technical Support, Reporting and Analysis.
