Automation Process Engineer

Job Description

Dymtrus is looking for a proactive and problem-solving-oriented Automation Process Engineer who can independently build, improve and automate business processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify

• operational problems, bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Build new systems and improve existing business processes.
• Create simple and effective SOPs, workflows and process documentation.
• Build and maintain systems using Excel/Google Sheets, automation tools, AI tools and other relevant technologies.
• Automate repetitive/manual processes wherever possible.
• Research and learn new tools/technologies when required.
• Test new systems, identify errors and implement solutions.
• Monitor whether systems are working properly and continuously improve them.
• Build systems that reduce manual work and dependency on individuals.
• Convert business requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
• Take complete ownership from problem identification → solution → testing → implementation → documentation.

Experience

1–4 years preferred.

Salary

₹15,000–₹40,000/month, depending on skills and experience.
