Job Title: Business Development Executive

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in transport, cargo, or logistics sales
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Core Skills: Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion, self-motivation, dynamic field sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Pitching: Conduct field visits to generate potential leads, deliver compelling sales pitches, and convert prospective accounts into active clients.
  • Account & Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with clients, manage regular communication, and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high retention.
  • Market Strategy & Execution: Conduct market assessments to identify potential customer needs, design targeted sales strategies, and send tailored commercial proposals.
  • Sales Planning & Reporting: Execute daily sales goals and deliver accurate weekly and monthly performance reports to management.
  • Business Growth: Collaborate directly with senior management to drive overall revenue expansion and undertake key business tasks assigned by directors.
