Job Description
Business Development Manager / Shop & Field Sales
Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month
Location: Surat
Experience: 2–5 years
Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Visit shops, dealers, distributors and potential customers.
- Handle both shop/channel sales and field sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and follow up on leads/orders.
- Identify new markets and expand the customer base.
- Track competitors and market trends.
- Coordinate with the team for smooth order execution.
Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong convincing and sales abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with field visits and travelling.
- Previous experience in BDM, shop sales or field sales preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
