Client Relationship Executive

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer queries, complaints and after-sales service requirements.

Coordinate with the GM and concerned internal teams for resolution of service-related issues.

Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients for repeat business and future requirements.

Maintain an updated database of customers, service requests, follow-ups and appointments.

Explore new markets and identify potential business opportunities for expansion.

Collect relevant market, customer and competitor information and share it with management.

Book customer appointments and allocate appointments to the sales team.

Follow up on allocated appointments and coordinate with the sales team for further action.

Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure timely follow-up.

Coordinate with relevant departments for customer requirements and service-related matters.

Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals from existing customers.

Submit regular reports on customer follow-ups, service issues, appointments and new opportunities.

Follow up with customers for pending payments, ensure timely payment collection and coordinate with Accounts to confirm receipt and update outstanding balances.
