Job Description
- Inventory Management: Update and track stock levels in the store’s database, process inward/outward goods, and generate periodic stock reports.
- Billing & Data Entry: Input pricing, product details, and daily sales transactions accurately into the store's software.
- System Monitoring: Oversee the functionality of POS terminals, barcode scanners, and receipt printers.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform basic hardware/software maintenance and resolve minor system errors to prevent checkout delays.
- Reporting: Compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales or variance reports for store management
