Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable, active, and responsible Office Boy / Office Assistant to manage everyday office needs and provide general support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the office, pantry, and meeting rooms.
• Handle daily office errands, including purchasing and collecting supplies.
• Assist with printing, photocopying, scanning, and document delivery.
• Manage pantry supplies, stationery, and other office essentials.
• Arrange meeting rooms and assist with visitor requirements.
• Help employees with small day-to-day office tasks.
• Handle other routine office support activities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Punctual, hardworking, honest, and well-mannered.
• Willingness to assist with different everyday office tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.
• Basic communication skills.
• Prior experience preferred, but freshers are welcome.
