About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team in the lab-grown diamond business. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of diamonds and good communication skills, with the ability to communicate in basic English.

This is an office-based sales position involving communication with customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable diamond options, and following up with enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and sales opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable diamonds.
• Communicate with customers through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other business channels.
• Explain basic diamond specifications such as shape, carat, colour, clarity, cut and certification.
• Prepare and share diamond quotations and available options.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers.
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding stock, pricing and orders.
• Maintain proper records of customer enquiries and follow-ups.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in diamond sales or the diamond industry is preferred.
• Basic understanding of diamonds and their specifications.
• Basic English reading and communication skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email and basic computer applications.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Sales experience will be an advantage.
