Job Description
* Call customers who have returned the product after receiving it.
* Identify and understand the exact reason for the return.
* Understand concerns related to product quality, colour, design, size, damage, or expectation mismatch.
* Handle customer concerns professionally and provide the best possible solution.
* Convince customers to cancel the return or retain the product wherever possible.
* Explain available options such as replacement, exchange, or other suitable solutions.
* Maintain a positive customer experience while reducing return and RTO rates.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, customer feedback, and resolutions.
* Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, and Customer Support teams to resolve customer issues.
