Job Description

  • Handle client calls, emails, and queries.
  • Understand client requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
  • Maintain good and professional relationships with clients.
  • Follow up with clients for pending requirements, documents, payments, or services.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues.
  • Maintain client details and records in Excel/CRM.
