Job PurposeWe are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute digital marketing activities, strengthen online brand presence, generate leads, and support business growth through various digital channels.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage and regularly update the company's social media pages.
• Create and publish engaging content including posts, reels, videos, campaigns, and product promotions.
• Coordinate with the Graphic Designer and internal teams for marketing creatives and content.
• Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns and monitor performance.
• Support lead generation campaigns for products, dealers, distributors, projects, and customers.
• Conduct keyword research and support SEO/SEM activities to improve website visibility.
• Update and maintain website content, product pages, blogs, and landing pages.
• Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Prepare monthly digital marketing reports with key performance metrics and insights.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify digital marketing opportunities.
• Support email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and other digital communication initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics / GA4, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Good understanding of lead generation and campaign optimization.
• Strong content writing and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools will be an advantage.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
• Good coordination and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

QualificationBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred ExperienceExperience in B2B, manufacturing, construction chemicals, building materials, real estate, or related industries will be an added advantage.
