**Dispatch Coordinator**

We’re looking for a Dispatch Coordinator who can ensure customer orders are packed accurately, dispatched on time, and tracked through delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Coordinate daily order processing, packing, labelling, and dispatch.

- Verify products, quantities, customer details, and shipping documents before shipment.

- Schedule courier pickups and coordinate with delivery partners.

- Update tracking details and maintain accurate dispatch records.

- Follow up on delayed shipments, failed deliveries, and return-to-origin orders.

- Coordinate with inventory, quality control, accounts, and customer support teams.

- Track returns and replacements and report shipment discrepancies.

- Prepare daily reports on dispatched, pending, and returned orders.

**Requirements**

- Experience in dispatch, logistics, or ecommerce order fulfilment.

- Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and shipping platforms.

- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and follow-up skills.

- Ability to manage order volumes and meet dispatch deadlines.

- Familiarity with inventory systems and courier coordination is preferred.
