Department: Production

Qualification- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Production, Fabrication or Manufacturing Industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle and monitor day-to-day production activities.
• Knowledge of measurement instruments and measuring techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Measuring Tape and other precision measuring instruments.
• Understanding of dimensions, tolerances, drawings and measurements.
• Basic to good knowledge of fabrication processes and techniques.
• Knowledge of instrumentation and measurement systems.
• Monitor production quality, accuracy and productivity.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain production records and daily reports.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines and materials.
• Required SkillsStrong practical knowledge of Measurement Instruments.
• Good understanding of Instrumentation.
• Knowledge of Fabrication Processes.
• Ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings.
• Knowledge of Dimensions and Tolerances.
• Good technical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Industry: Fabrication / Engineering / Manufacturing Industry.

Note: Experience in the Rubber Industry will be an added advantage but is not mandatory. Candidates from relevant fabrication and manufacturing industries can apply.
