Job Description

1. General Details

  • Role: Order Fulfillment Officer / Dispatch & Inventory Coordinator
  • Company: Utkarsh Agrochem Pvt. Ltd.
  • Experience: 1 se 2 saal
  • Education: Koi bhi graduation Degree
  • Salary: ₹16,000 se ₹18,000 per month
  • Shift Timing: 8 AM se 6 PM ya 10 AM se 8 PM
  • Location: 1st floor, Plot No. 230, Kalathiya Corporation, Diamond Nagar - 2, Kholvad, Taluka: Kamrej, Surat – 394190

2. Key Responsibilities

  • ERP & Order Management: Odoo/Zoho ERP mein Sales Orders, Amazon/Shopify syncs aur B2B POs ko check karna. Invoices, packing slips, aur shipping labels generate karna aur daily courier pickups schedule karna.
  • Packing & Labeling: Ground team ko picking/packing lists dena aur oversee karna. Every bottle/bag/box par batch number, mfg date, aur MRP labels accurate hone chahiye.
  • Inventory & Stock Buffer: Ready-to-Ship (RTS) stock maintain rakhna aur kam hone par Manufacturing Team ko stock requisition bhejna. Top SKUs ki weekly physical audit aur RTO (returned orders) inspection karna.
  • Communication: Stock-outs ya delay hone par Sales/Customer Care team ko inform karna aur B2B bulk orders status track karna.

3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Fulfillment Accuracy: Target 99.8%
  • Dispatch TAT: Order confirm hone se courier partner ko dene tak < 24 ghante
  • Labeling Compliance: Incorrect label/MRP ka 0 complaints/returns
  • Inventory Sync Variance: ERP vs physical stock difference < 0.5%
  • RTO Processing Time: Returns ki checking aur restocking < 48 ghante
  • Stock-Out Incidents: < 2 per month

4. Required Skills

  • Odoo ya Zoho Inventory jaise ERP software aur Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables) ki achhi jankari.
  • Batch numbers aur product details mein minor errors pakadne ki strong attention to detail.
  • High volume flash sales ya month-end bulk orders speed ke sath handle karne ki capacity.
