Field Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to generate sales through field visits and direct customer interaction. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, explaining products/services, following up with leads, negotiating with clients, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads through field visits and customer references.

Meet potential customers and understand their requirements.

Conduct B2C sales and promote products/services.

Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.

Negotiate with customers and handle sales discussions.

Follow up with leads and existing customers regularly.

Convert leads into successful sales and achieve assigned targets.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Provide regular updates on field activities and sales performance.

Requirements:

Graduate qualification required.

Basic English communication skills.

Freshers can apply.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of field sales and B2C sales.

Strong client communication and follow-up skills.

Must have a two-wheeler vehicle.

Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License is mandatory.

Willingness to travel for field sales activities.

Shift: Day, Full Time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Fixed: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000

Incentive: Up to ₹5,000

Perks: Travel Allowance (TA)
