Job Description
Visit existing and potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
Conduct live product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and applications.
Promote company products through field visits, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and assist in closing sales.
Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with the technical and support teams for successful product implementation.
Maintain daily reports of customer visits, demonstrations, sales activities, and expenses.
Achieve monthly sales targets while representing the company professionally and providing excellent customer service.
