Job Description


  1. Key responsibilitiesWelcome patients, manage registration, and keep the reception and waiting area organised.
  2. Answer calls and WhatsApp enquiries promptly. Record the patient’s name, mobile number, treatment interest and enquiry source in Zoho CRM.
  3. Book, confirm and reschedule appointments; coordinate with doctors to minimise waiting time.
  4. Pass all new dental treatment leads to back office and follow up on appointments as assigned. Escalate urgent patient concerns to the clinical team.
  5. Complete billing, collect payments, issue receipts and reconcile the daily collection with Accounts.
  6. Maintain patient confidentiality and avoid giving clinical advice.
