Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors at the hospital reception.
• Handle incoming calls and provide basic information about hospital services.
• Manage patient appointments and coordinate doctor consultation schedules.
• Register new patients and maintain basic patient records.
• Guide patients to the appropriate doctor, department or treatment area.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists and hospital staff regarding patient appointments.
• Handle patient queries at the front desk and ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Maintain reception and front-desk records.
• Handle basic billing/payment coordination when required.
• Manage daily front-desk activities and ensure the reception area is organized.

Eligibility

• 12th Pass / Graduate candidates can apply.
• Fresher – 2 years of experience can be considered.
• Candidates with experience in a hospital, clinic, Ayurvedic centre, wellness centre, hotel or customer-facing role will be preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a patient and helpful approach.
