Job Description
Hiring: HR Manager – Bulk Recruitment & Staffing
📍 Location: Palanpur patia, Surat
💰 Salary: Up to ₹50,000/month
🎓 Qualification: MBA/PGDM – HR Mandatory
👨 Gender: Male
💼 Experience: 4+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle bulk recruitment & contractual staffing
- Manage and lead the recruitment team
- Set targets and monitor team performance
- Train and develop recruiters
- Conduct campus hiring at ITI/College level
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower deployment
- Coordinate with clients for manpower requirements
- Prepare recruitment MIS and achieve joining targets
Required: Strong experience in Staffing/Contractual Hiring/Bulk Recruitment with excellent team-handling skills.
