HR RECRUITERPosition: HR Recruiter

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

• Key ResponsibilitiesSource and identify suitable candidates for different job openings.
• Post job vacancies on Apna, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, Indeed and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interviews, selection and joining.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Coordinate with clients/managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Complete joining formalities and basic HR documentation.
• Handle day-to-day recruitment and HR-related activities.
• RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English communication.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Experience with job portals and candidate sourcing will be preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and follow-ups.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
