In-House Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities & Duties

·       Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the experience centre

·       Understand customer requirements for residential and commercial lighting

·       Demonstrate lighting products, features, and applications Provide guidance on product selection and lighting solutions Prepare quotations and follow up to close sales

·       Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery

·       Maintain showroom displays and product presentation standards

·       Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support

·       Maintain daily sales records and customer data

·       Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
