Inside Sales Executive

About Company:

Ayushman Surat Textile is a Surat-based textile manufacturer and wholesaler dealing in Sarees, Suits, Lehenga, Men’s Ethnic Wear Fabrics, Embroidery Fabrics and other textile products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Call existing and new wholesale buyers

• Generate new business opportunities through calling and follow-up

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products

• Share catalogues, samples and product updates through WhatsApp

• Regular follow-up with interested customers

• Convert enquiries into confirmed orders

• Maintain customer and lead records in Excel/CRM

• Coordinate with the sales, dispatch and production team when required

• Build long-term relationships with buyers

• Achieve monthly sales and follow-up targets

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Hindi communication required

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business and MS Excel

• Sales experience preferred, but freshers can also apply

• Textile experience will be an advantage but is not compulsory

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Comfortable with daily customer calling and follow-ups

Job Profile:

Inside Sales / Office-Based Sales

Training will be provided for our textile products.

Department allocation (Men’s/Women’s Textile) will be decided after training based on performance and product understanding.
