Job Description
· Collect material requirements and purchase requisitions from authorized departments.
· Contact vendors for quotations, prices, availability, and delivery timelines.
· Prepare comparative statements and support purchase order preparation after approval.
· Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
· Coordinate with the store team to confirm receipt, quantity, and documentation of materials.
· Maintain vendor details, quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other purchase records.
· Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payment documentation.
· Update the team about delays, shortages, and procurement status.
