Job Description

  • Travel & Itinerary Management: Handle end-to-end booking for flights, trains, cabs, and hotels.
  • Vendor & Rate Negotiation: Negotiate corporate or group rates with hotels, transport providers, and tour operators.
  • Visitor & Guest Assistance: Provide local attraction info, craft personalized itineraries, and assist tourists or corporate travelers.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Process visa applications, travel insurance, and foreign exchange requirements.
  • Expense & Record Tracking: Maintain travel logs, process invoices, handle expense reconciliations, and report to HR or finance.
  • Emergency Handling: Manage last-minute cancellations, rescheduling, and on-trip support.
