Event Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIE (NO FRESHERS PLS...ONLY EXPERIENCED CANDIDATRES )

• Event Strategy & Planning — Identify, conceptualise, and plan profitable events and experiences — Diwali celebrations, Valentine's Day experiences, Garba pop-ups, seasonal activations, themed dining nights, and brand-specific activities

• Partnerships & Business Development — Build relationships with corporate clients, brands, event organisers, influencers, and communities to generate collaborations, sponsorships, bookings, and new revenue

• Event P&L Ownership — Own the full financial performance of every event — revenue targets, budgeting, pricing, sponsorship income, cost control, profitability, and ROI

• Execution & Coordination — Work closely with restaurant operations, marketing, the Spatial & Set Designer, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth planning and flawless on-ground execution

• Corporate Tie-Ups — Develop corporate partnerships, private event business, brand collaborations, and recurring relationships that add revenue for the group

• Vendor & Stakeholder Management — Source and negotiate with event agencies, artists, performers, production vendors, and sponsors to keep events commercially viable and high quality

• Tracking & Reporting — Maintain the annual event calendar, track event-wise budgets and revenue, measure guest participation and profitability, and share post-event reports with recommendations SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in hospitality events, experiential marketing, event production, partnerships, or business development
