**Retail Sales Executive – Regnant Clothing (Menswear)**
📍 **Location:** Regnant Clothing – Adajan & Katargam Branch, Surat
💰 **Salary:** ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience)
🕒 **Job Type:** Full-Time

Regnant Clothing is a growing men's fashion brand in Surat, offering premium T-shirts, Polos, Shirts, Jeans, and Casual Wear. We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives to join our team.
### Responsibilities
* Greet and assist customers professionally.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
* Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising.
* Handle billing and payment processes.
* Manage stock display and inventory organization.
* Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
* Support promotional activities and store events.
* Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
### Requirements
* Minimum 12th Pass.
* Experience in retail sales preferred.
* Good communication and customer handling skills.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Basic knowledge of mobile apps and billing systems.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
