Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle existing customer accounts and take orders through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
• Identify and acquire new customers through social media, online platforms, and direct outreach.
• Coordinate product promotions on platforms such as Instagram, Websites, and Etsy.
• Follow up with customers for payments and account-related matters.
• Share catalogues, product videos, CAD designs, and other information as required by customers.
• Review customer orders and coordinate with Production, CAD, Diamond, and Dispatch teams for timely execution.
• Monitor urgent orders and ensure on-time delivery.
• Verify sales invoices and maintain sales records.
• Send periodic customer statements and resolve account-related queries.
• Coordinate export/import activities related to repair and replacement orders.

Required Skills

• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Sales and business development mindset.
• Knowledge of social media and online marketing.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp).
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, or Business Development.
• Experience in Jewellery / Diamond Industry will be preferred.
