Job Description
- Maintain daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements and ledger reconciliations.
- Handle GST returns, TDS calculations, and other applicable statutory compliance.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, profit and loss statements, and outstanding payment reports.
- Manage invoicing, billing, and vendor/customer account reconciliation.
- Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up on pending payments.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers, auditors, and consultants.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, bills, and financial records.
- Prepare and manage data for monthly salary processing and other accounting requirements.
- Draft professional emails for payment follow-ups, account confirmations, and business correspondence.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting activities and support management in financial decision-making.
- Required SkillsStrong working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and taxation.
- Experience in finalization of accounts and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, email drafting, and client coordination skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting tasks.
