Job Title: Shop Staff (Retail Sales Associate)

- Job Role & Responsibilities Assist customers in the shop and help them choose products
- Handle billing and basic sales activities
- Maintain product display and shop cleanliness
- Support daily shop operations
- Promote and upsell products (B2B/B2C sales support)
- Skills RequiredBasic communication skills
- Interest in sales and customer service
- B2B sales understanding (training can be provided)
