SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGERLocation: Vesu, Surat
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours:
- Job ResponsibilitiesManage company social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, captions and other social media content.
- Handle regular posting and scheduling of content.
- Identify and use relevant social media trends, hashtags and content ideas.
- Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors and other team members for content creation.
- Track social media performance, reach, engagement and follower growth.
- Analyse insights and improve content strategy based on performance.
- Support promotional campaigns, product launches and brand-building activities.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools and platform updates.
- RequirementsPrevious experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
- Good understanding of Reels, short-form video and social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and video editing is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Candidates with a strong social media portfolio will be preferred.
