We are looking for a Female Telecaller / Order Confirmation Executive for our e-commerce business.

Responsibilities:

* Customers ko call karke website orders confirm karna

* Customer ka name, address aur order details verify karna

* COD orders ke liye confirmation lena

* WhatsApp/call par customers ke queries ka basic response dena

* Cancelled ya pending orders ka follow-up karna

* Daily order confirmation ka record maintain karna
