🏢 पद का नाम:
टेली कॉलर / कॉलिंग एग्जीक्यूटिव
📌 मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:
ग्राहकों को कॉल करके Smart TV, Projector, Laptop आदि प्रोडक्ट्स की जानकारी देना
नए और पुराने ग्राहकों से संपर्क बनाए रखना
लीड्स को फॉलो-अप करना और सेल्स में कन्वर्ट करना
ग्राहकों के सवालों का सही जवाब देना
ऑफर्स और डिस्काउंट की जानकारी देना
व्हाट्सएप / कॉल के माध्यम से ग्राहक से कम्युनिकेशन करना
ग्राहक डेटा (Customer Database) अपडेट रखना
🎯 आवश्यक स्किल्स:
अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन स्किल (हिंदी / गुजराती)
बेसिक कंप्यूटर और मोबाइल हैंडलिंग
सेल्स और कस्टमर हैंडलिंग का अनुभव (फ्रेशर भी अप्लाई कर सकते हैं)
कॉन्फिडेंट और पॉजिटिव एटीट्यूड
समझाने और कन्विंस करने की क्षमता
🎓 योग्यता:
10th / 12th पास या ग्रेजुएट
टेली कॉलिंग / सेल्स का अनुभव हो तो बेहतर
⏰ कार्य समय:
रोजाना 9–10 घंटे
साप्ताहिक 1 दिन छुट्टी
💰 वेतन:
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 + इंसेंटिव (अनुभव के अनुसार)
