Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads provided by the company.
  • Explain Praveg Solar products & services (Solar Panels, Rooftop Solutions, etc.)
  • Generate new leads and follow up on existing inquiries
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team
  • Maintain daily call records, follow-ups, and lead status
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead targets
  • Handle customer queries politely and professionally
  • Update CRM/Excel sheets with accurate call data
