Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in a Technical Discipline

Age Criteria: 25 to 35 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to identify, evaluate, and participate in government and private tenders. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete tendering process, ensuring timely submission of bids, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with internal departments to maximize tender success rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly monitor tender portals such as GeM, CPPP, and other relevant government/private procurement platforms.
• Identify suitable tenders based on company eligibility and business objectives.
• Analyze tender documents, technical specifications, eligibility criteria, and commercial requirements.
• Prepare and submit tender documents within stipulated deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal departments for technical, commercial, and statutory documents required for bid submission.
• Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid status, and follow-up activities.
• Respond to tender-related queries, clarifications, and correspondence from clients.
• Track tender results and follow up until award or closure.
• Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and company policies.
• Manage EMD, Tender Fees, Performance Bank Guarantees, and other related documentation.
• Prepare reports on tender participation, success rates, and upcoming opportunities.
• Maintain an updated database of tender opportunities and company credentials.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Government and Private Tendering Processes.
• Hands-on experience with the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal.
• Understanding of bid documentation and contract terms.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in tender participation and bid management.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, industrial equipment, cranes, hoists, or related industries will be preferred.
• Knowledge of e-procurement platforms and government procurement procedures.

• Number of relevant tenders identified and participated in.
• On-time tender submission rate.
• Tender qualification/success rate.
• Accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Revenue generated through awarded tenders.
• Response time for tender-related queries and clarifications.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Office Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
