Job SummaryWe are looking for a Tyre Management Executive to manage tyre inventory, usage, fitment, replacement, and overall tyre records for the company's fleet. The person will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and monitoring tyre condition to help reduce unnecessary tyre costs and improve vehicle safety and availability.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate records of all tyres in stock and fitted on vehicles.
- Track tyre fitment, removal, replacement, and usage vehicle-wise.
- Maintain tyre history, including tyre number, brand, size, fitment date, and replacement details.
- Regularly monitor tyre condition and identify tyres requiring repair or replacement.
- Coordinate with drivers, fleet and maintenance teams regarding tyre-related issues.
- Monitor tyre wear and identify abnormal or excessive tyre usage.
- Ensure proper storage and availability of tyres as per fleet requirements.
- Maintain records of damaged, scrap, repaired, and reusable tyres.
- Prepare regular tyre usage and replacement reports.
- Verify tyre stock physically and reconcile it with records.
- Support cost control by monitoring tyre consumption and replacement patterns.
- Ensure all tyre-related records are updated accurately and on time.
- Candidate ProfileGraduate / Diploma in any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in fleet, transportation, logistics, tyre management, or vehicle maintenance.
- Good knowledge of commercial vehicle tyres will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working with Excel and maintaining inventory records.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Should be detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.
- Candidates from the transportation, logistics, fleet, or commercial vehicle industry will be preferred.
