Job Description
Looking for a Embroidery Wilcom Digitizer for Gents Garments for a strictly B2B garment manufacturing unit (OEM). This is a master leadership role focused entirely on the domestic men's ethnic wear market (kurtas, sherwanis, and Bandhgala jackets).
You will guide and manage the entire production workflow. You must have expert, hands-on knowledge of wiilcom Digitization. The role requires deep technical mastery of Wilcom digitization, fabric behavior , thread selection, and precise cording/dual-sequence placement for 23-head, 12-needle industrial machines. You must also have pro-level expertise in color combinations and post-embroidery cutting processes. This is a hands-on, factory-floor leadership role handling high-volume production, not a retail branding position."
