Waiter – Roles & Responsibilities (R&R)Kalari Kari Virundhu (KKV)

  1. Guest Service: Welcome and assist guests politely.
  2. Table Setup: Arrange and maintain clean dining tables.
  3. Order Taking: Take accurate food and beverage orders.
  4. Food Serving: Serve food and beverages promptly.
  5. Guest Satisfaction: Attend to guest needs and requests.
  6. Menu Knowledge: Explain menu items and recommend dishes.
  7. Cleanliness: Maintain dining area hygiene and cleanliness.
  8. Team Coordination: Coordinate with captains and kitchen staff.
  9. Table Clearance: Clear and reset tables after service.
  10. Service Standards: Follow restaurant SOPs, grooming, and hygiene standards.
