Accounts Assistant – Job Description 📊💼
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support day-to-day financial operations. The candidate will assist in maintaining records, preparing purchase orders, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate accounting documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain purchase & sales entries in accounting software (BUSY) 🧾
• Prepare Purchase Orders, invoices, debit/credit notes
• Handle bank reconciliation & ledger scrutiny
• Assist & Track receivables and payables 💰
• Assist in GST data preparation & filing support
• Maintain proper documentation and filing system 📂
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Advance Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally)
• Good attention to detail
• 1.5–2 years experience (freshers can apply)
Location: Bhumi World Industrial Park, Pimplas Bhiwandi, Thane-421302.
