🚨 WE ARE HIRING! | Customer Retention Executive – Home Loan Process 🏡📍 Job Location: Thane West, Mumbai
💼 Position: Customer care executive
🏦 Process: Home Loan – Customer support
💰 Salary: Up to ₹20,000 CTC per month
⏰ Shift Timings:
- 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
🗓️ Working Days: 6 Days a Week
📅 Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off / Fixed Sunday Off (as per client requirement)
⚡ Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
- 🎯 Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Graduates (Freshers can apply).
- HSC Candidates: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience required.
- Communication Skills: Good English communication skills.
- Versant Score: Minimum Versant Level 4 is mandatory.
- 💼 Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries related to home loan services.
- Interact with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Build positive customer relationships and improve customer loyalty.
