Job Description
Deliver customer orders safely and on time.
Handle fresh fish and seafood orders carefully during transportation.
Follow the assigned delivery route and use Google Maps for navigation.
Collect payments from customers wherever applicable.
Collect cash from delivery orders and submit it to the office as per the daily process.
Ensure the correct order is handed over to the correct customer.
Handle customer interactions politely and professionally.
Inform the operations team immediately about delivery issues, customer concerns, or order discrepancies.
Maintain the delivery bag/vehicle in a clean and hygienic condition.
Support the team with basic operational work when required.
Maintain accurate records of orders delivered and collections made.
