Job Description
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end local recruitment (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups). Facilitate smooth onboarding, induction, and joining documentation for new hires.
- Employee Records & Operations: Maintain accurate physical and digital personnel files, employee databases, attendance logs, and leave management records.
- Payroll & Compliance Support: Coordinate input data (leaves, attendance, and working days) for timely monthly payroll processing. Assist in maintaining adherence to local labor laws and statutory compliance standards.
- Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling: Serve as a primary point of contact for routine employee queries, support performance appraisal coordination, and help foster a positive workplace culture.
- Facility & Vendor Management: Coordinate office upkeep, manage facility vendors, and oversee day-to-day administrative inventory for the Thane premises.
