  • Outbound voice process
  • EMI Conversion, Activation, Retention voice process with sales
  • Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain conversations with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • 2 Saturdays off and Sundays fixed off. Shift timings are 10 AM to 7 PM or 9:30-6:30.
