Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Sell financial products (insurance ) to new and existing customers via outbound/inbound calls.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and address concerns.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Build relationships with customers to ensure long-term business.
  • Update customer records and database.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

 

 Key Requirements: 


  • Graduate degree (any discipline)
  • Good communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills


 

Salary: upto 35000 take home depending on current /previous salary
