Process Manager_CREDIT CARD-Hardship Assistance Unit_Thane
- Manage and oversee processes related to credit card hardship assistance. - Responsible for ensuring smooth operations within the hardship assistance unit. - Coordinate with various teams to handle credit card customer issues related to financial hardship. - Monitor and improve process efficiency and compliance within the unit. - Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. - Work closely with stakeholders to implement best practices and process improvements. - Maintain documentation and reporting related to the hardship assistance processes. - Ensure adherence to banking regulations and company policies in all activities. - Support team members and provide guidance to improve service delivery. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.Job role
