Job Description
Process Transactions: Handle cash, credit cards, debit cards, and mobile wallet payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Provide exact change and print receipts.
Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, answer menu questions, and make recommendations or upsell specials.
Order Coordination: Take food or takeout orders, verify details, and coordinate with the kitchen staff for timely delivery.
Cash Management: Balance the cash drawer at the start and end of shifts and report any discrepancies.
Station Cleanliness: Keep the register counter, payment area, and nearby guest spaces clean and tidy.
