Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to drive sales of banking products and services. In this role, you will focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and effectively promoting our financial solutions. Your collaborative spirit will be essential in working with team members to achieve collective sales goals.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain conversations with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs to make tailored sales pitches.
  • Product Knowledge: Inform customers about our banking products and services, addressing any inquiries and providing detailed information to facilitate informed decisions.
  • Sales Closure: Effectively close sales by identifying customer requirements and guiding them toward suitable solutions, while meeting quarterly targets.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions for future reference and analysis.

 

 

Additional Information:

  • Shifts: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Day Shift)
  • Facilities: Pick-up and drop facility provided.
  • Salary:
  • Freshers: ₹18,000 + Incentives
  • Experienced: Up to ₹28,000 + Incentives

 

  • Education: Must be a Graduate; freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills are essential.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Adaptability: Open to learning and adapting to new sales techniques and product information
